| When you finally decide to hire a contractor for your home or office improvement, you can post a project here and get multiple quotes on this website.

| Here are the steps to follow, to post a project on this website:

- Register on this website with your information including first, last name, phone, email, fax because contractors will have questions before they commit to pricing and bid on your project so be sure to include at least an email address and potentially a phone number. Obviously city and state will be required to access local professionals in your area.
- Login with your username and password
- Click on Post a project.
- Prepare a job description with required contractor skills, location, approximate time frame, and budget: Tell us a general overview of the improvement or repair. Then be specific about your expectations and requirements. If you have measurements, pictures, photos or drawings submit those with your project.
- Post the job in the correct skill category to allow automatic routing of project requirement to contractors
- Be prepared to answer questions from contractors allowing them to bid on the project.
- Get quotes, negotiate the price and get the project done.
- Leave good feedback for contractors allowing others to see the valuable work done by contractor
